to plan and establish Sprint Goals, discover what can be done, and how to choose work that will be completed;

to inspect progress and adjust what work needs to be completed to reach our Sprint Goals and adapt Sprint Backlog;

to inspect the outcome of the Sprint and determine future adaptations;

to reflect on how the last Sprint went with regards to individuals, interactions, processes, tools, and Definition of Done;
